1 General Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the kbajee platform ("Platform", "we", "kbajee") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the kbajee.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, you are fully agreeing to these Terms.

3 Age Verification and Responsibility

kbajee strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. It is strictly prohibited for any person under 21 years of age to use this platform.

  • The correct date of birth must be provided at the time of registration.
  • kbajee may request proof of age at any time.
  • If age cannot be verified, the account and balance may be confiscated.
  • Any adult who operates an account on behalf of a minor will be held responsible.
Warning: Providing a false age is a serious violation and may result in immediate account cancellation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

kbajee supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted in a secure and encrypted environment.

  • Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made through the payment method registered to the account.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kbajee offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These bonuses are provided under specific conditions and the following general rules apply to all bonuses.

  • Welcome bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
  • Bonus wagering requirement: 20x (bonus amount × 20).
  • For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total of ৳3,000.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Each member may use each bonus offer only once.
  • kbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
VIP Program: kbajee has three VIP tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%). You can advance to higher tiers by playing actively.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

kbajee is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games offered on the platform are operated through internationally recognised game providers.

  • Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game.
  • Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
  • Bets cancelled due to technical errors will be fully refunded.

7 User Code of Conduct

Consequences of Violations: In case of a code of conduct violation, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed and all balances may be confiscated.

  • No member may deposit funds from illegal sources.
  • kbajee is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

kbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Bonus abuse or collusion (playing in coordination with others).

Balance Refund: If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the actual deposited balance will be returned. However, if an account is closed due to a violation of the Terms, all balances may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

kbajee accepts no liability for the following:

  • Issues caused by third-party software or hardware.
